Payment- and deliver terms

All cigars and cigarellos, unless otherwise noted, are 25 pieces per box, in cedar-wood cases
AT = Aluminum tubes
For orders under 300 EUR, a 6,-- EUR taxable packaging and delivery cost is added.
Invoices are paid by C.O.D. or by credit card (Euro-, Master-Card, Visa, Diners Club)
All prices, if not otherwise noted, include German 19% sales tax, packing and delivery cost.
Payment is required immediately and without discounts or exceptions. The delivery is complete
upon successful delivery of the order, regardless of the condition of the contents. These
conditions fall under the term 'Eigentumsvorbehalt' under standard German law.
For legal purposes, the location of fulfillment is D-32657 Lemgo. All laws regarding mail order
and retail can apply.

Delivery cost

For orders under 300 EUR, a 6,- EUR taxable packaging and delivery cost is added in Germany.
Delivery cost to Austria or Switzerland are 12,- EUR netto.

Cash on delivery

For Cash on delivery an additional amount is added by the German Post.
